Passionate about fortifying digital landscapes, I am dedicated to ensuring robust and secure IT environments.

I began my IT career in 2019 while in my Junior year at Arizona State University, transitioning from a server in the dining department to an IT Computer Technician at Friendship Village in Tempe, AZ. To balance full-time work and studies, I shifted to online classes, which allowed me to apply my academic learning directly to my role. My primary focus was Level One support, with additional mentoring in networking and cybersecurity. I worked at Friendship Village until 2023, shortly after graduating in 2022.

In February 2023, I joined Triple Crown Consulting in Scottsdale, AZ, as an IT Support Specialist. As the sole IT employee for the Scottsdale office, I also supported the Costa Mesa, CA, office remotely, gaining significant experience in cloud management due to the company's cloud-based infrastructure.

Currently, I am a Junior System Administrator at Micro-Tronics Inc., an aerospace manufacturer. Despite my short time here, I’ve learned a great deal and have set up a lab space to refresh my skills with on-premise tools and concepts. I am committed to continuing my professional development and exploring all areas of IT, including cybersecurity.
